"I wasn't much on the "classic white shoe" trend until lately. . . mainly because i liked a lot of variety in my closet. I went with Kaepa after hearing from a friend because they were a little more funky than the others with the double lace thingy. I'm so happy i did and the more i wear the better they feel and look. Something ultra preppy about them too!"

"I’m really disappointed with my experience with Kaepa. I returned a brand-new sweater in perfect condition, but they denied my refund claiming it was “used,” which is completely untrue. I take care of my items and would never send something back in worn condition. What made things worse was the back-and-forth communication. Instead of resolving the issue, it felt like I was being dismissed and not taken seriously as a customer. There was no real effort to investigate fairly or make things right. I expected better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in ordering from them again."
